7Payments and Refund Policy

Payments on TaskTap are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. TaskTap does not store sensitive financial details. Refunds may be initiated in cases such as task cancellation, non-completion of services, service provider unavailability, or disputes resolved in favor of the customer, as per TaskTap's internal review and platform rules. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or TaskTap wallet, where applicable, within a reasonable time period depending on the payment gateway and banking processes. TaskTap reserves the right to decline refund requests in cases of policy violation, misuse, or completed and accepted services.

8Children's Privacy

The TaskTap customer application is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or process personal information from minors.
